We're with you every step of the way. Here's what you can expect:
Consultation and Estimate
Our process begins with a conversation between you, the homeowner, and our team. During our consultation, we dig deep into the details and listen closely to learn what you want (and don't want). A home build or remodel is the perfect opportunity to get the living space you really want, and we want to facilitate that for you.
Next, we give you a realistic estimate and time to completion, and we offer choices and recommendations. We also encourage you to ask as many questions as you need - we want you to be completely comfortable with the process.
The Pre-Construction Process
During the pre-construction process we finalize product selections, design and project time frame. This is the biggest step in preventing budget overruns, construction delays and other unpleasant surprises. Our goal is to create comprehensive plan to ensure a seamless project.
Building Your Project
When we have your go-ahead, we work hard to complete your home build or remodel in a timely manner so you can enjoy the results. But rest assured: this doesn't mean we take shortcuts or compromise on quality to finish sooner.
We believe in quality control and transparency, too. Your project will include a dedicated Project Superintendent to ensure superb quality and to make sure everything proceeds according to the plan. We'll provide you with daily updates about your home or remodel's progress.
The Final Walkthrough
Once your home build or remodel nears completion, we review it together. If we've overlooked something, we take care of it. We consider the work done when you are satisfied.
What If There is a Problem Later?
Our work is meant to stand the test of time. If you experience an installation-related problem with your project months - or even years - down the line, call us to fix it. If an issue arises related to our installation, we will make it right.
